Q: Can I get the program on a CD?

A: No. Please note that all of our products are being delivered via ESD
(Electronic Software Delivery) only. After your purchase you will recieve
registration keys or passwords and download links for archives of full
versions by e-mail.

Q: Is the order process secure?

A: Yes. We have selected Plimus as our eCommerce company to process orders

Q: Can I order using phone, fax, wire transfer, check, mail, money order or
PayPal?

A: Yes you can. To do this, click the "Buy Now" link for the program you
wish to order, fill in the form, and select your payment method at the

Q: What happens after I make a purchase?

A: Soon after you've made the purchase, you should receive two mails. One
is a receipt of your order, the second contains your registration code and
details on how to download your program.


Q: How soon after ordering will I get my program?

A: You should receive a confirmation and registration and/or download
details shortly after having completed the order (usually in a couple of
hours, but it could take a 48 hours in some cases). If you have not
received these mails within a reasonable amount of time, make sure you have
entered your e-mail address correctly, and that the mails have not been
caught by an anti-spam filter. If you are having any problems with your
order, please contact us with information about your order.


Q: Can I download my program immediately after purchasing?

A: For most of the programs, you only need to download the trial version.
When you order, you will receive a registration code that you can enter
into the trial version, and unlock the full version. You will usually
receive this code in a matter of hours after ordering.


Q: I have lost my order and/or registration information. What do I do?

A: Don't worry, just contact us and provide us with your name, e-mail
address and other information about the order, and we will re-send you the
order/registration information.


Q: I have previously bought an edition of a program and I wish to upgrade
to better edition. How can I do that?

A: No problem! Just contact us and provide us with your name, e-mail and
other information about your previous order, and we will send you
information on how to upgrade.


Q: Can I order using PayPal?

A: Yes, to order with PayPal, just go to the Store and click on the Buy
link to the product you want to order, and select PayPal as payment method.


Q: Do you have a money back guarantee?

A: No.
